DESCRIPTION

Versatile halter dress features hologram sequins and a fluffy, tricot, petticoat-style underskirt that gives the skirt a fun, retro look. Satin trim lines the sweetheart neckline, and satin halter straps attach with a single snap at the neck. Adjustable cami straps help ensure a secure fit.
