Refund policy

🚨PLEASE NOTE 🚨

As all of these costumes have been under my care since they were originally purchased from Weissmans/1st Position/Cicci/Et Al, I can personally vouch for their quality, authenticity and also be aware of any issues that I can inform the future buyers of (Stains, damage, etc)

Once these costumes are sold and sent to new owners I can no longer make these guarantees of quality and authenticity.

Therefore all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

We strongly recommend you utilise the sizing reference charts to ensure that the costumes listed are going to be correct sizes for your dancers.

I'm happy to send through additional photos or videos if you are uncertain of the purchase so please don't hesitate to ask.

If your order arrives damaged or in any condition other than that which the condition report states, you can contact us at camscostumes5678@gmail.com so we can begin an insurance claim and process your whole order/partial refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
