Thank you for shopping at camscostumes.com! We want to ensure your dance costumes arrive safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping practices, zones, and terms.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 4 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Australian weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and order condition report (video) once your order is ready to be handed over to Australia Post (Same day or next day)
2. Shipping Destinations & Services
We are based in Australia and proudly ship both domestically and internationally. All of our shipments are managed via Australia Post and include full transit insurance for your peace of mind.

3. Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your parcel.

Domestic (Australia): Standard and Express post options are available via Australia Post.

International: Delivery times vary significantly by country and customs processing times. Standard international tracking is used unless an express upgrade is selected at checkout.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cams Costumes is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Because all of our parcels include insurance via Australia Post, your purchase is protected against major issues in transit.

Inspection: Please inspect your packaging and costumes immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at camscostumes5678@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Insurance Claims: To initiate an insurance claim and process your full or partial refund, you must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is reviewed.
