Welcome to camscostumes.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any goods from us. By accessing our Site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Cams Costumes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cams Costumes. We are located and operated in Australia. These Terms and your use of this Site are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
2. Eligibility & Product Conditions

As-Is Condition: We specialize in high-quality, pre-loved and secondhand dance costumes (including authentic items from brands such as Weissmans, 1st Position, Cicci, and others). All costumes are sold in an "as-is" condition.

Accuracy of Descriptions: Because these items have been under our direct care since their original purchase, we make every effort to disclose any specific wear, stains, or damage in the item's condition report.

Sizing: Dancers' sizes vary significantly across different brands. We strongly recommend utilizing the sizing reference charts provided on our Site prior to purchase. If you require additional photos or videos of an item to verify its condition or sizing before purchasing, please contact us.
3. Payments
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
4. Shipping & International Orders

Shipping Destinations: We ship domestically within Australia, as well as internationally to the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Asia.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Insurance: All packages dispatched by us include shipping insurance via Australia Post.
5. Refund and Return Policy
5.1 Final Sale Policy
Because we can no longer guarantee the quality, authenticity, or care of a costume once it has left our possession, all sales are final and returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing choices are not accepted.
5.2 Damages, Faults, and Issues
We want you to love your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., if it arrives majorly damaged or is not the item you ordered).
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us immediately at camscostumes5678@gmail.com.
- To process a partial or full refund for transit damage, we will require photographic evidence of the damage to the item and packaging so that we can initiate an insurance claim with Australia Post.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items
We strictly cannot accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.
6. Future Services (Rentals)
Please note that these Terms currently apply to the purchase of goods. Cams Costumes intends to introduce a costume rental scheme in the future. Once active, specific rental terms (including bond payments, return windows, and damage fees) will be appended to these Terms and will apply to all rental transactions.
